EDEN RESIDENCEEden Residence is located in an exclusive luxury residential setting overlooking the sea, 500m from the village of Cap d’Ail, and near the border with Monaco. Built in 1892 it was originally Hôtel Eden with over 150 rooms. In 1945 it was divided into apartments, but still maintains most of the original decor. The large staircase preserves beautiful painted decorations, and there is an elevator.

RESIDENCE GARDENAt the southern end of the residence is a large garden with palm trees, cactus and flowers. There are benches to sit and relax overlooking the sea and the plage mala.

SEA VIEWS & BEACH, « PLAGE MALA »Alongside the garden are steps leading down to the secluded beach called « plage mala », (voted best beach on the Riviera). The sea water won the Blue Flag for it’s beaches, and the water is warm. There are two beach club restaurants populated with sunbeds and parasols and next to it is there is a public beach and its shallow and sheltered position make it ideal for swimming. For a relaxed afternoon you can simply sit on benches in the garden enjoying the various sea views.

2 RESTAURANTS ON THE BEACH AND PARKINGThere is ample parking on each side of the building. The residence is secured by a remotely operated iron gate.
